OutCel is the experimental pet-project of Vapour Median Tireich. Other projects in which he is involved in are Flown, Broken Crotch, Machination, Alec Zander & the Greats, Alas Babylon, Steampop, and Embalming Druids.

OutCel can give thanks to many genres of music for its overall sound (including Black Metal, EBM, Industrial, Classical, Traditional Japanese Music, Film Scores, Video Game Music, Old-School Punk, and various others) in which Tireich has crafted very well in an attempt to make 'chaotic, ugly, and beautiful music'.

Although there is yet to be an official release, there has been a slight internet buzz revolving around the project for the past five years. Being the perfectionist that he is, Tireich tends to scrap everything he is working on whenever theres an increase in production, equipment, or just plain musical knowledge.

The first album, titled Sors Immanis should be released sometime in the spring of 2006. When asked about the album, Tireich stated, "It has been a slow process, some things change and others do not. I want this project to be the perfect manifestation of myself. It is kind of hard to speed the process when I am also constantly changing. I have been very happy with what has been conjured up in the past few months and it will be the overall basis of the album. I will try not to disappoint."
