Oulun Palloseura or OPS Oulu is a Finnish football team based in the town of Oulu, who are currently playing in the Finnish third division, the Kakkonen. They were founded in 1925.

They used to play in the top division, the Veikkausliiga. They once made it into the European Cup, in the 1980-1981 season, but were beaten 11-2 on aggregate in the first round by English Premiership side Liverpool.
