Otrokovice

Otrokovice (IPA: [ˈotrokovɪtsɛ]; German: Otrokowitz) is a town in the Zlín Region, Czech Republic. It is located at around 49°12′0″N, 17°31′60″E in a hilly country town centrally located in a region called Morava and had a river with the same name running through it. Approximate population (1967) 20,000. Large shoe factory founded by Tomas Bata provided work for many.
