No, this is not how Wikipedia works. You must provide a source for this information. The fact that this is stated on another Wiki article is meaningless. Provide a specific source that states he was the Minister, and also sources that show his predecessor and successor are whom you say they are. Otherwise the information cannot go up on that page.
