The Ostseestadion is the home stadium of FC Hansa Rostock, a German football club, located in the city of Rostock. It was inaugurated in 1954, and last renovated in 2004. It has a capacity of 30,000 including a standing capacity of 10,000. The stadium holds 26 VIP lodges. At the end of the 1960s a new 700 lux lighting system was added.
