Ostrogozhsk (Russian: Острогожск) is a town in Voronezh Oblast, Russia, located on the Tikhaya Sosna River (Don's tributary) 142 km south of Voronezh. It the administrative center of Ostrogozhsky District. The population was 34,492 at the (1989 Census), and 34,585 at the (2002 Census).

The settlement was established in 1652 and was granted the town status in 1765.
