Ososami is a family name for a people who are descendants of Caleb Ososami, a great traditional ruler from Owu, Agbowa in Southern Lagos, West Africa. Caleb Ososami was very wealthy and famous especially in Ibefun and downtown Ibadan, West Africa where he built businesses and created jobs for thousands.

The Ososamis are spread far and wide across the globe but still maintain their identity through their last name. Various groups have evolved most notable of which is the Caleb Ososami Descendants Association, London.
