Osni Neto (born April 16, 1979 in São Paulo) is a football (soccer) player from Brazil. He plays forward with the Toronto Lynx of the USL First Division.

Neto joins the Lynx from Inter de Limeira, before Neto had spells with Vasco da Gama, and SE Palmeiras where he won the Brazil Cup in 1998. Neto made his Lynx debute on April 29 versus the Vancouver Whitecaps and scored the Lynx first goal of the season against the Portland Timbers. Before joining the Lynx Neto trialed with the MetroStars of the MLS in 2005. Neto was also a former member of Brazil U-20 Squad.

In the 2006 season Neto played an important role for the Lynx, he scored the Lynx's first goal of the season and in total he scored 5 goals in just playing under 845 minutes.
