The movie documents one year of the lives of an American/Australian family living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The film's main subject is Osla, a wife, and the mother of four wild teenagers. The film is primarily focused on a marriage that is falling apart which could end in divorce, and the children's drug problems and social life. The movie is narrated by Mark Wojahn.
