Oskar Blues brewery is located in Lyons, Colorado, near the city of Boulder. They brew many beers, most notably Old Chub Scottish Style Ale, and Dale's Pale Ale, which was voted as the best American pale ale by the New York Times.[citation needed] Oskar Blues is unique in that it serves micro-brewed beer in cans, contrary to the normal practice of bottling micro brews.

The brewery location is also the home of a cajun style restaurant.
