Osiris is a skate or BMX footwear company based in Southern California. The most famous shoe model of Osiris was the Osiris D3 and its successor Osiris D3 2001, a pro model series by Dave Mayhew. Osiris shoes are very known for skating and in 2003 it won an award as the 3rd best proskating shoe. The company received $ 2.1 million in just 2 years after 2003.

Osiris Shoes most successful model is the D3. Designed by pro-skater Dave Mayhew, they are considered to be one of the most comfortable skate shoes available[1]. It started as a slow seller, but when Osiris was contemplating taking the shoe off the shelves, it started selling well[2]. Osiris had many colour schemes available, the most common being white with baby blue or black with gray.

The second version of this shoe was called the Osiris D3 2001 Model, which proved to be very popular as well. Osiris then released a smaller, lighter, less bulky version called the Osiris D3 NTX. This was followed by the latest model, the Osiris D3 4.0. Osiris also released a D3 Snowboarding boot, based on the design of the D3 2001 model.

In her music video for Complicated, Avril Lavigne is seen wearing a pair of D3 2001s. These were given to her by a shop owner in the mall where the video was filmed. She is also seen wearing a pair of original D3s on the album cover of her album Let Go (Avril Lavigne album).
