Ōshima (大島村; -mura) was a village located in Higashikubiki District, Niigata, Japan. On January 1, 2005 the village merged into the expanded city of Joetsu and no longer exists as an independent municipality.
As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 2,312 and a density of 32.27 persons per km². The total area was 71.64 km².
