Osei Sankofa (born 19 March 1985 in London) is a Charlton Athletic F.C. footballer, a defender who can play anywhere across the backline.

Sankofa made his Charlton debut in the 4-1 defeat to Manchester United in the 2002-03 season. The next season he was an unused substitute on more than one occasion. He went on loan at Bristol City. On November 11, 2005 he was sent off against Swindon Town for a professional foul on Hameur Bouazza.

He has been capped for England at the under-16, under-18 and under-19 levels. He is of Ghanaian descent.

Sankofa was sent off again whilst playing against Arsenal on January 2, 2007 for a professional foul on Robin Van Persie.

Sankofa attended Graveney School until the age of 16.
