Oscar Sonejee Masand (born 26th March 1976) is an Andorran midfielder. He is the most capped player for the Andorra national football team with 65 caps. He has also scored 1 goal for the national team.

He made his international debut in 1997 in a 4-1 loss to Estonia.

Became involved in a spat with England striker Wayne Rooney in their European Championship qualifying match, resulting in both players being booked.
