Oscar Scully is a character in the soap opera Neighbours. He was born in 2003 and is the son of Lyn Robinson (Janet Andrewartha) and Joe Scully (Shane Connor). He is played by Ingo Dammer-Smith.

Oscar's mother, Lyn, had post-natal depression when he was born, but once diagnosed, she was able to recover. His godparents are Lyn's mother Valda Sheergold (Joan Sydney), Harold Bishop (Ian Smith) (for helping the Scullys through many situations), Susan Kinski (Jackie Woodburne) (for being a good friend) and Gino Esposito (Shane McNamara) (Lyn's former employer at the hair salon). Originally, Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher) was to be Oscar's fourth godparent, but was replaced by Gino. He was frequently cared for and entertained by 'Oodles and Noodles' member, Ned Parker (Daniel O'Connor), while his mother Lyn was at work.

After his departure, he rang Paul and asked if he would play "horsey" with him. Paul said he would love too, but was with Rosetta Cammenetti in Ramsay Street. Lyn then picked up the phone and before Paul could finish the sentence, hung up.
