Orville Perkins was a minor character on the NBC soap opera Passions. The character was played by Owen Bush.

Orville was a mysterious but senile old man who seemed to know the secrets of Chad Harris and Eve Russell. Orville warned that Chad was dangerous to Eve's daughters. Orvile also seemed to know about a birth mark Chad and about the circumstances around his birth parents and his adoption. Eve was so scared of Orville that she burned his house down. Orville was forced to live in a retirement home until his death.
