Orthomode transducer

Orthomode transducer also known as the polarization diplexer is a device forming part of an antenna feed and serving to combine or separate orthogonally polarized signals. These transducers are used in dual-polarized radar antennas, radiometers, and communications links. Its usually connected to the antenna's downconverter or LNB and to the HPA for a transmitting antenna.
