I can see this as fair use for Pope Pius XII. But for Diplomatic corp and Courtesy call (diplomacy)? That seems to be stretching it. IANAL. –RHolton– 01:16, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

Actually its inclusion on Pope Pius XII is nonsense. It has nothing to do with him. The archbishop in the picture actually was representing Pope Pius XI. But is shows the diplomatic corp assembled to meet a head of state, and shows a formal courtesy call on a head of state, so it is 100% accurate and matches fair use correctly for the latter two.
