Orlando was a Romo band founded by Dickon Edwards and Tim Chipping. They had one album, Passive Soul, released by Blanco y Negro, in 1997. They also released a single, Reproduction is Pollution, on Sarah Records in 1995 under the name Shelley.

Edwards subsequently went on to form the band Fosca.
