[edit] Obtaining a puzzle

  • Where did you get the five pillars puzzle? Leon math 22:16, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
Hi!
If you mean, how to obtain the game itself, it is generally sold in the streets corners - by those guys who sell riddles. If you mean, the code - I've written it (and I should make it clearer). Please see my answer in the article talk page.Ori 22:48, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Heya ...

Good to see your here.

Your smilies are hard to miss.

What software do you use for the internal Intel wiki? MediaWiki or something else? --Amir E. Aharoni 11:24, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

Hi!
So nice to meet you again, after such a long time. Still messing with that Scientology article, aren't you? my signature is hard to miss? I wonder how you did notice it, as my activity here is very low.
Yes, we use MediaWiki in Intel. I'm still amazed by the potential of a Wiki system inside an organization. The only thing that is missing is a per-page access control mechanism which is easy to maintain. Some see this as going against the wiki philosophy but I disagree (like Gnu/Unix file access control (chmod) doesn't contradict being free software). See you around.. Ori 19:59, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
I noticed you at Talk:Perl. Now go check your email. --Amir E. Aharoni 11:06, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
... And yes, i mess with the Scientology article. It became much better since the big edit war a year ago ... I'll make it a featured article one day. --Amir E. Aharoni 11:07, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Final retirement?

Hi Ori,

I left you a message in your Hebrew discussion page but apparently you don't visit it anymore. I've read much of your stuff in the Hebrew Wikipedia and was wondering - are you planning on making a comeback anytime in the future? Yavhush 20:41, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

Two messages from the Hebrew Wikipedia in the same day? that can't be a coincidence(and guess what - it isn't..good old A.A.A.Aharoni... of course I'm not angry).
Well, Yavhush (I like this name), regarding your question, I am not sure. I must admit that I miss the Hebrew Wikipedia very much but something still holds from returning. I didn't leave HeWikipedia because I wanted to make a threat like "if you don't behave like I think you should, I'll leave". I left because I came to a conclusion that the social norms are too different from the original ideas of wikipedia and the free culture. I am not sure whether this is the case today. I hope not. I would love to come back to a Hebrew Wikipedia that follows the same spirit of jimbo wales and his friends. If you want to know what I am talking about, I think you should read this. I have read most of it. Fascinating. As about whether it's like that today - I'm not sure. Maybe you should try it out. I promise to be nice to you (-: Yavhush 21:18, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
