Orinda Union School District

Orinda Union School District is a school district in Orinda, California that serves students in kindergarten through 8th grade. It consists of four elementary schools and one middle school. It is the highest ranked K-8 school district in California, ranked by API score[1]. On completion of middle school, students generally enroll in nearby Acalanes Union High School District.
As of 2006, Riki Sorenson is President of the School Board. Glenn Alper is the Vice-President. The Superintendent is Frank Brunetti.
