Orfiril is an antiepileptic and mood stabilizer drug marketed by the German company Desitin Arzneimittel GmbH.

The active substance is Sodium Valproate. Assisting substances are Calsiumstearate, Silica Colloidal, Amoniummetacrylate Copolymer, Ethylecellulosis, Dibutylecebacate, Oleic acid, Gelatine. Coloring substances: Indigotine. (and in 300mg capsules also Yellow Kinoline) The "Long" Capsules (150, 300mg) and sachets (500, 1000mg) contain depotdrashed corns. (depotgranulate)
