Order of Attorneys of Brazil

The Order of Attorneys of Brazil (or the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil) is the Brazilian Bar association founded in 1930. It is an organization of lawyers and responsible for the regulation of the legal profession in the country.

In Brazil, there is a bar examination, that occur in each State in March, August and December. These examinations are organized by Order of Attorneys of Brazil, the Brazilian Bar association. There is some controversy about the quality and results of these examinations[1]. The mediocre results led the Brazilian population to question the quality of Law in colleges, because the best results usually tend to concentrate in a few universities, although the most of colleges are severely non-represented.
