Uralsk is the old Russian name of the city. The city was renamed in 1994 into Oral (Kazakh name). BUt still its called as Uralsk and all people remember it as a Uralsk

Hahaha, they'd better not renamed this city. What would Borat say if he knew this :-) LOL

It's stil Uralsk, and Borat will nothing say, bekause he dont know it
