George W. Shaffer (October, 1851 - January 21, 1922) was a Major League baseball outfielder. He was born in Philadelphia, PA.
Shaffer's brother Taylor also played Major League baseball.[1]
Shaffer died in Philadelphia, PA in 1922. He was laid to rest at West Laurel Hills Cemetery in Bala Cynwyd, PA.[2]
