Orange Township, Delaware County, Ohio

Orange Township is one of the eighteen townships located in Delaware County, Ohio, in the southern part of the county. It was established in 1816. It is bordered by Columbus, Westerville, and Sharon Township to the south, Liberty Township to the west, Berlin Township to the north, and Genoa Township to the east. It is a growing area, served entirely by the Olentangy School District. Shopping is located in the Polaris area and U.S. Route 23 corridor. The population was 12,464 in 2000, and estimated to be 18,165 in 2005.
