Oracle is a fictional character in the Marvel Universe.
Oracle is a long-time member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard.
She possesses psionic powers of a fairly high level; including but not limited to telepathy, mind control, psi-bolts, and precognition. She is often depicted in flight; however this is a result of technology (flight belt) as opposed to an innate ability.
She has been romantically linked with both Gladiator and Flashfire. She was injured in battle with Vulcan, but she is not confirmed to be deceased.

Interestingly enough, Oracle's costume was originally intended by Dave Cockrum for the Phoenix Entity (while impersonating Jean Grey); but was rejected in favor of the characters's classic green & gold.
