The Opie and Anthony Traveling Virus is the comedy event of 2006 concert tour between comedians featured on the Opie and Anthony show on XM Satellite Radio and CBS Radio. It is scheduled to return in the summer of 2007.

The tour was a goal of Opie and Anthony's for a long time. It was meant to reward all of the comedians that had been helping out the show over the years. They were finally able to do this tour because of their terrestrial deal with CBS. As a result of a positive turn out to the 4 shows of 2006, there will be 10 shows in 2007.
