Ophis is a fictional character, a mutant in the Marvel Comics Universe. His first appearance was in Uncanny X-Men #429.

Ophis was a servant of Azazel assigned to torture Wolverine. When Abyss’ power began demolishing Azazel’s castle, Wolverine broke free, killing Ophis in the process.
