This article is written from a very pro US point of view. Phrases like Saddam Hussein "refused to live up to obligations" do little to improve Arab--Western relations or to the reputation of wikipedia.

     I'm not sure it's Wikipedia's place to "improve Arab--Western relations" but I do agree the article is not NPOV. It should be reworded. Hypermush 12:48, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
