[edit] Regarding the Stub rename...
I do not believe this article should be renamed to anything other then OpenTibia, as that is what it represents. The only things it could be renamed to are OpenTibia Server and OTServ.
It cannot be renamed to OpenTibia Server, as it is never actually named OpenTibia Server, but rather OpenTibia in the official SVN code archive. It also cannot be renamed to OTServ as OTServ is an acronym of the full OpenTibia Server name. Redirects (if they aren't already in place) should be placed on both OpenTibia Server and OTServ IMHO.
