Operation Herbstnebel

History records two German military operations called Herbstnebel.

Unternehmen Herbstnebel ("Operation Autumn Mist") a plan created by Field Marshal Walther Model to advance German troops towards the port of Antwerp during World War II.

Operation Herbstnebel was also the name given to a 1944 staff proposal to withdraw German troops in Italy behind the Po River. It was rejected by Hitler.
