Anyone got any ideas how to best display this information? I've set up a basic idea but its not gonna work too well. I see it is falling apart before I've even finished. any help would be welcomed. Angel Emfrbl 20:55, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

Okay some quick info: Most of this is worked out with info from pieces of each episode. For example, it says 30 years ago Doctor Hiruluk begins his research, Chopper has been living with the witch doctor for 6 years. So it was 36 years ago that Doctor Hiruluk began his research. Example of what I mean: I had to use Norland's log entry in ep.148 to find when the Alabasta history Robin supplies took place. Workout out to be something like 700-800 years before Norland's time trip to Jaya, give or take 50 years... In the end I wrote it as 'before 1,000 years' to make things easier. You can actually use Norland's log date to work out when everything roughly happens, but you have to be prepared to give or take about 50 years. It works out that current storylines take place roughly in the years between 1500 to 1600 Angel Emfrbl 18:56, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

I don't know, but I think that information about the kingdoms are invented by Robin to protect Pluton. I don't think that those events really happened. Cuttyflam 07:27, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

Well, I don't know... I guess it should be left for now. I put it there because it was mentioned. She says she wasn't protecting Pluton, but that she was only after the history held in the poneglyph, which turned out to be about Pluton, not what she wanted. She didn't know why she protected it. Is it the truth or not? Hard to tell, but I doubt Robin would lie about history (Robin sees history as worth more then gold really). Angel Emfrbl 16:10, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

There was one paragraph about those dates being true, and another about how they were false. It contradicted to one another, looking more like a debate than actual facts. The article should only consist of facts that are confirmed, not maybe-facts. So, until those dates are confirmed, I've removed them for time being. 203.218.71.214 13:16, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

I've found this, and it' based on stephen's scripts: Grand Line Timeline.

Hmmm... I'll check out things. Lets see. For starters, Shanks left Luffy's hometown 10 years ago, not 11. He was there for almost a year. Everything I wrote here was what I saw through the manga or anime myself, dates are there only where I can find them. Unless its in the SBS, which I cannot find scans, only text translations of, its here how its written. Mostly, this is correct, but I question where the EXACT dates on some of this come from in some cases. Just to make sure, wait until tomarrow, I have lots of spare time so I'll spend the day comparing pages, episodes and info. Took me a few days to set this all up, I might as well double check before we do anything dramatic. Angel Emfrbl 20:44, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

Well, there was a couple of things on there I forgot to add or missed. I'm referencing everything now. Thats something I was too lazy to do. Sorry about that. Some of these I've forgotten where they came from so it will take a few days, in the meantime, feel free to change the page. I don't think it will create too much of a problem. Show the timeline also include stuff that was only presented in the anime? Like 8 years ago, Gasparde attacks Shuraiya and Adelle Bascud's hometown (Movie 4). Or 7 years ago, The Trump Siblings take control of Clockwork Island etc... (Movie 2) Conanfan1412 09:50, 02 October 2006 (UTC)
