One Night Only is a CD of the Bee Gees concert at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in 1997 which includes many of their greatest hits. There is also a DVD version of the concert, which was the Bee Gees' first show in ten years.

Bee Gees performed songs from every decade from the 1960s to the 1990s. They also sang a tribute song to their late brother Andy Gibb "(Our Love) Don't Throw It All Away". During this song old footage of Andy is shown singing on vocals. CĂ©line Dion guest starred on the Bee Gees-penned "Immortality".

Most songs were done in their entirety. Many were done by acoustic guitar and still sound like their original recordings.

Throughout the concert a "movie screen" appears in the background which shows footage of their video clip with the song they are singing. Also, many details of the Bee Gees' lives are provided, for example their positive experiences with the Wagga Police Boy's Club. They also mention "great Australians" like Olivia Newton-John, who attended the concert.
