One Las Vegas is a hi-rise complex currently underway at the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip in Clark County, Nevada. The project consists of 19.5 acres.

The complex will include five 18- to 21-story private residential towers, 200-room boutique hotel and 200-unit condo-hotel, a 20,000-square-foot health club and spa, two restaurants and retail services. Each tower will be home to 961 units, ranging from 831 to 2,857 square feet.

The project is being developed by AMLAND/BSR Group and architect Kobi Karp.
