One Devonshire Gardens
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
One Devonshire Gardens is a luxury hotel located in the West End of Glasgow, in Scotland. It is well known for its wealthy guests, including Neil Diamond, George Clooney, Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears[1], and Robbie Williams [2].
Amaryllis, the hotel's restaurant, is one of Scotland's most highly regarded - for six years its head chef was Andrew Fairlie (who left to open his own Michelin star winning restaurant at the Gleneagles Hotel), who was replaced by fellow Michelin-rated chef Gordon Ramsay. The current chef du quisine is David John Clark[3].
