One Determined Heart is the first album by Australian singer Paulini, released in Australia on July 23, 2004 and re-released October 4, 2004 by Sony BMG.
On the album Paulini did covers of songs byJeff Healey (Angel Eyes), TLC (Waterfalls), The Four Tops (Baby I Need Your Lovin), Barbra Streisand (No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)) and Bonnie Raitt (I Can't Make You Love Me). It was originally to have included a cover of the Negativland hit "U2", but this was rejected by her record company.
The album produced one number-one hit in Australia "Angel Eyes" and the song was nominated for and ARIA Award for the Highest Selling Single of 2004.

It debuted at number one on the ARIA Album Chart. The album stayed at number one for two weeks and had gone Gold selling about thirty-five thousand copies around Australia. The album fell down the charts from then on, staying in the top fifty for nine weeks and in the top one hundred for twelve weeks. The album went to go Platinum selling around seventy thousand copies around Australia. It was the eighty-sixth best selling album in Australia for 2004.
