On the Lot is the title of a recently-announced upcoming reality show competition produced by Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett. The show, which will air on FOX, will feature filmmakers competing in weekly elimination competitions, with the ultimate prize of a million dollar development deal at DreamWorks. It will air weekly and comprise a 1-hour show where movies are screened followed the next day by a half-hour results show. Viewers will be involved in picking the winners. On the Lot is scheduled to begin May 22, 2007,^[1] with film Premieres airing Monday nights at 9:00PM/8:00PM CT (with the premiere starting an hour earlier on May 28, 2007), and Box Office results airing Tuesday nights at 8:00PM/7:00PM CT. CTV will air the show^[2] in Canada.
