Omigawa (小見川町; -machi) is a town located in Katori District, Chiba, Japan.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 25,545 and a density of 413.08 persons per km². The total area is 61.84 km².

On March 27, 2006, Omigawa and the towns of Yamada and Kurimoto from Katori District merged with the city of Sawara to form the new city of Katori.
