Omega Kids is the 16th episode in Season 2 of the Disney ABC show Recess.

[edit] Synopsis

The school has become wildly overpopulated, to an absurd and humorous amount. Due to the huge amount of children in line the main characters miss out on the fish tacos served one day for lunch. It turns out the fish was tainted and everyone who did eat them has grown ill and can not come to school, giving the gang a week of being the last children "alive" in a parody of a post apocalyptic world. At first they are happy with the freedom of "unstructured education", but eventually get bored.

The title is based on the movie The Omega Man which is about the last surviver of a plague.
