id Software has not released any such images to the public domain
It is a low resolution screenshot of the game;
It does not limit the game's copyright owner (id Software) to sell the game in any way;
The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game
The image is used to illustrate important characteristics of the game mentioned in the article, which conveys to the reader an idea of what they look like
The image's only purpose it to aid in the description of the fictional world of Commander Keen, and for no other purpose
