[edit] Erik Bornmann

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

On a side note, you blanked a well cited section with a much more inferior summary with spelling, fragments, and grammatical problems. Please do not do this again. Mkdwtalk 08:23, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Erik Bornmann, are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Bobanny 03:21, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

Also, you might want to take a look at WP:3RR. Bobanny 03:23, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

Don't be ridiculous. Read wikipedia's policy on living person pages. Read the stories that are being offered as verification. Cutting and pasting a vandalism warning here does not make your contribution any more sincere or informed. If anything you are vandalising my work and breaching the WP:3RR. --Omar Jack 03:28, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for violating WP:3RR on Erik Bornmann by using confirmed sockpuppets.

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but an administrator or other user has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators or users can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request nor add another unblock request.

Request reason: "I and others have been dealing with this page for sometime. If you read my rationale for removing the verbiage and replacing it I trust that you'll see that the citations either did not verfiy the statements being made or did not pertain to the subject of the article, Bornmann. The sockpuppet accusation is complete hogwash. As an administrator you should be able to verify the IP addresses for each user."

Decline reason: "See Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Rascalpatrol. Luna Santin 07:02, 9 January 2007 (UTC)"

This template should be removed when the block has expired, or after 2 days in the case of blocks of 1 week or longer.
