Omar Fayad Meneses. Is a Mexican politician of Lebanese origin and member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He is currently serving as municipal president of Pachuca, Hidalgo.

Fayad was elected for the LVIII Legislature of the Federal Congress for the term 2000-2003 and as municipal president for the 2006-2009 term.

He is married to actress Victoria Ruffo with whom he has two children.
