Omar Al-Ghamdi (Arabic: عُمر الغامدي) (born 11 April 1979) is a Saudi Arabian football (soccer) player who currently plays as a midfielder for Al Hilal. He can also play as a left back.
He came through the ranks at Al Ittihad, but later made a surprise move to rivals Al Hilal. He is a member of the Saudi Arabian national team and was recently called up to the squad to participate in the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
