Olympiahalle is an arena in Munich, Germany, just near Olympic Stadium. It is primarily used for ice hockey and basketball, and is the home arena of the Munich Mad Dogs; it is also a popular concert venue. Olympiahalle opened in 1972 and was the venue for gymnastics and handball events at the 1972 Summer Olympics. The venue also played host to the 1991 World Figure Skating Championships. It holds 12,150 people.

The Olympiahalle will play host to the 2007 MTV Europe Music Awards on November 1.
