Olive Loughnane

Olive Loughnane (born 14 January 1976) is an Irish race walker. She has competed in 2 Olympics (Sydney and Athens)and was the first Irish female athlete to achieve the A standard for the Beijing Olympics.
Life Born in 1976 she is the eldest of seven children. She was born in Cork, moved to Galway with her family when she was a child only later to return to Cork where she is currently living with her husband and daughter.
