Olesya Rulin (born March 7, 1988) is an American actress, originally from Russia. She is most known for her role as Kelsi Nielsen in High School Musical. Olesya has also been featured in three other Disney Channel films and several other films. She is currently attending Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her favorite hobbies include painting, reading classics, and listening to avante garde music.She was a model in russia at first and in america was a model but sooner changed into a actress

Her appearance in the film 'Urban Legends 3' was highly provocative, leading some to assert that the film was tantamount to child pornography, as she was 17 at the time of shooting.^{[citation needed]}
