Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Shovkovs'kyi (Ukrainian: Олександр Володимирович Шовковський) (born January 2, 1975 in Kyiv) is a Ukrainian footballer. He has played for FC Dynamo Kyiv in the Vyscha Liha franchise since 1994. He is 191 centimeters tall (6'3"). He weighs 86 kilograms (191.6 pounds).

He also plays regularly in goal for the Ukraine national football team. Shovkovsky was the first-choice keeper for Ukraine at the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Notably, he saved two spot kicks in the penalty shootout against Switzerland in their second-round match, which sent Ukraine through to the quarterfinals; Shovkovsky was subsequently awarded the man of the match award.
