Oleg Lobov

Oleg Lobov (Олег Лобов) (born 7 September 1937 in Kiev) was a Russian politician who served as acting Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic from September to November 1991, shortly before the dissolution of the Soviet Union. He later served in several important positions in post-Soviet Russia.
