Oleg Anatolyevich Chirkunov (Russian: Оле́г Чиркуно́в) b. November 15, 1958 in Kirovsk, Murmansk Oblast, Russia is the governor of Perm Krai. He was appointed acting governor in 2004, and was confirmed as governor in 2005. His background is in international trade and business. He was trade representative of Russia to Switzerland from 1991 to 1994. [1]
